Cecil Pineda is the CISO/SVP at R1 and Co-Founder of CISOXC. Most recently, he was the Senior Director and Program Leader for the VCISO and Consulting Practice at Critical Start. He also served as the CISO of DFW International Airport and also held leadership positions at GameStop, TXU Energy, Boeing and CVS Health. He is an active member of the DFW CISO community, various cybersecurity professional organizations (ISC2, ISACA, IAPP, ISSA, and others). Frequent speaker, panelist, and invited guests at multiple events across the US.
